The Customer
Exent develops and markets a software platform and services that enable Games-on-Demand, utilizing broadband infrastructure to deliver video games. Games-on-Demand services are designed to monetize the extensive catalogue of video games that no longer generate significant revenues through retail sales. The games are distributed to subscription paying end-users freely with ad-supported offerings.
The Challenge
Exent needs to increase the end-customer registration through the broadband service provider. In the case of key channels such as Verizon, Exent provides an end-to-end solution including the software gaming platform as well as the marketing tools that promote the customer’s product offering and explain the games themselves.
The Solution
Working together, Exent and EyeView created a rich-media video for Verizon games-on-demand service. By using EyeView’s rich-media solution, it was possible to explain in a very compelling manner what is Verizon’s product offering and about each game offered in the package.
The Result
A drastic increase in customer registration gained by a dramatic improvement of first-time-user experience.
