    Oren Harnevo CEO & CO-FOUNDER

    As CEO and co-founder of Eyeview, Oren Harnevo has spearheaded Eyeview’s double-digit revenue growth for consecutive years, attracting Fortune 500 clients such as Comcast, Target and Lowe’s. He brings a unique multidisciplinary background to Eyeview’s vision as a code developer at age 10 with roots in film directing, computer science, product management and marketing. Prior to Eyeview, Oren led a 30M-user product at 888.com, a company with a $1B IPO success story.

  • Gabi Peles CHIEF PRODUCT OFFICER
    Gabi Peles CHIEF PRODUCT OFFICER

    As COO, Gabi’s primary focus is on delivering the best personalized video advertising experience for Eyeview’s brand and agency partners. He oversees Eyeview’s ongoing growth strategy by managing the execution around product development, programmatic media and client services.

    Prior to Eyeview, Gabi was Director of Product and Business Development for Kontera Technologies and was product manager for web-based products at 888.com (LSE: 888.L).

    Gabi began his career as a web developer and has since gained over 12-years of experience in web-based products, ranging from e-commerce to online advertising and content platforms.

    Gabi holds a B.Sc. in computer science from the Tel-Aviv Jaffa academic college.

  • Utpal Kalita CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
    Utpal Kalita CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

    Utpal Kalita is Eyeview’s Chief Technology Officer, leading the Engineering team and defining the company’s technology strategies and overall goals. 

    Utpal comes to Eyeview with over eighteen years of industry experience, with over a decade focused on digital advertising. Before Eyeview, Utpal held technology leadership positions at Tremor Video, Xaxis and 24/7 Real Media. 

    At Tremor Video he led his team to scale the DSP business. At Xaxis, WPP’s largest trading desk, Utpal focused on WPP’s proprietary data management platform, Turbine, and business workflow systems. Earlier in his career, Utpal led key initiatives at Doubleclick, including developing and maintaining DART API and marketing automation products. He began programming by building products for Toyota research labs in Nagoya, Japan.

    Utpal received a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Dibrugarh University in India.

    Christina Calvaneso CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

    Christina Calvaneso Ross is Eyeview’s CFO, bringing 15 years of financial & operational leadership in start-ups and mid- and large-cap corporations. She joined Eyeview from Criteo (CRTO), a global performance technology leader, where she led the North American Finance team through hyper growth and preparedness for their 2013 IPO. Prior to Criteo, she built the Finance organization at Rent the Runway, a venture-backed e-commerce company for designer clothing rental. Christina joined the startup world from Deloitte Consulting’s Strategy and Operations group, where she managed multi-million dollar Finance Transformation engagements for Fortune 500 clients. Christina launched her professional career at General Electric (GE) in their Financial Management Program and Audit Staff in the US and Latin America.

  • Brian Pozesky CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
    Brian Pozesky CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

    As Eyeview’s CPO, Brian Pozesky defines the product and development strategy while heading Eyeview’s innovation initiatives.

    Previously, Brian was the General Manager for Media and Analytics at Dotomi, where he grew the business from pre-revenue to its acquisition by Valueclick (now Conversant) in 2011.

    Brian holds an MA in Economics and Applied Economics from American University and a BA in Political Science from the University of Maryland.

  • Jason Baadsgaard CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER
    Jason Baadsgaard CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER

    Jason Baadsgaard, as CRO, is responsible for overseeing Eyeview's expanding sales team, heading strategic accounts and increasing the company's extensive client roster of leading Retail, CPG, Travel, and Automotive brands.

    Prior to joining Eyeview, Jason served as Senior Vice President of Sales at Conversant, a personalized digital marketing company, where he was responsible for delivering more than $200 million annual revenue goal from enterprise-level client engagements. He oversaw a 50 person-plus sales organization while building key relationships with many IR 100 retailers. Before Conversant, he held many sales roles across the digital media landscape, including Dotomi, OpenX and Claria, ramping up multiple startups to reach over $100 million in revenue.

     

  • Amy Dolan SVP HUMAN RESOURCES & OFFICE OPERATIONS
    Amy Dolan SVP HUMAN RESOURCES & OFFICE OPERATIONS

    Amy leads Eyeview's Human Resources and Operations team, which entails overseeing talent recruitment, employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, training and development.

    Prior to joining Eyeview, Amy held Human Resources leadership positions in digital advertising technology companies and agencies. She started her career in talent recruitment at Google Doubleclick, and progressed quickly into leadership roles at Organic, a digital marketing agency. Most recently, she held the position of Global VP of Human Resources for Collective, a programmatic advertising company.

    Dave Donnelly SVP SALES

    As SVP of Sales, Dave is responsible for leading an expert sales team that focuses on building strategic relationships with large Retail and CPG advertisers—helping them to achieve better results from video advertising.

    Prior to joining Eyeview, Dave was Director of East Coast Sales at Auditude (aquired by Adobe), where he led the organization’s video sales effort for that region. Dave spent nearly 10 years at AOL holding sales and management positions.

  • Matt Leingang VP SALES WEST
    Matt Leingang VP SALES WEST

    Matt Leingang, VP of Sales, is responsible for building and maintaining client relations in the Western region of the US. Additionally, Matt is responsible for operating Eyeview’s growing Los Angeles office.

    Matt brings to Eyeview over a decade’s worth of experience in the digital media space on the West Coast. His previous positions span from Product Management and Marketing to Sales and Business Development. Most recently, Matt held the VP of Strategic Accounts position at Dedicated Media, an online customer acquisition platform.

  • Caitlin Mooney VP SALES MIDWEST
    Caitlin Mooney VP SALES MIDWEST

    Caitlin Mooney is a top-performing, results-driven sales executive with more than 20 years of experience driving aggressive revenue growth for start-up, emerging and mature businesses. She has comprehensive knowledge of online and offline advertising vehicles and a proficient aptitude for utilizing data and analytics to drive targeted consumer communication plans that deliver enterprise-wide incremental revenue. Before joining Eyeview, Caitlin managed the Midwest and West teams at eBay, where she was responsible for selling advertising solutions to top 200 brand advertisers and leveraging eBay's proprietary first-party search, browse and transaction data. In addition, she was an early pioneer at Dotomi (later acquired by Conversant), worked at Catalina Marketing Services providing behavioral insights, database marketing and internet solutions to key fortune 100 companies and co-built Rainmaker Consulting Group, which specializes in strategic sales and marketing consulting for early-stage marketing services firms. Caitlin began her professional career with the Quaker Oats Company and Bayer in numerous sales and marketing positions and has her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Miami. She currently resides in Chicago, Illinois.

    Erik Schear VP SALES - AUTO, TRAVEL & NEW MARKETS

    Erik Schear is an advertising veteran with over 20 years of sales experience. As Eyeview’s VP of Sales for Auto, Travel and New Markets, Erik manages various components of Eyeview’s sales team nationwide and enables Eyeview’s partners to achieve ROI with their video advertising spend.

    Prior to joining Eyeview, Erik worked for 5 years at Tremor Video where he was a top sales contributor and manager. He also held sales positions at Yahoo! and American Express Publishing.

  • West Naze VP SALES - CPG & SHOPPER MARKETING
    West Naze VP SALES - CPG & SHOPPER MARKETING

    As VP, CPG Sales, West Naze oversees Eyeview’s CPG sales team nationwide. Naze is committed to expanding the personalized video platform across the CPG community and showcasing the impact of hyper-local, online activity in offline sales.

    Prior to Eyeview, Naze was Executive Vice President of Sales & Technology for News Corporation. As a 25-year veteran of this global media giant, Naze brings a wealth of sales and leadership experience to Eyeview. He is credited with securing several of the largest agreements in News Corp’s history and has deep relationships with numerous C-level executives in the CPG and Agency communities.

    Naze holds a BBA in Sales & Marketing from St. Norbert College.

  • Nick Tarant VP - RETAIL/CENTRAL SALES
    Nick Tarant VP - RETAIL/CENTRAL SALES

    Nick reports into Eyeview's fast-growing Chicago office and focuses on e-commerce and multi-unit brick and mortar brands looking to transform their omni-channel customer marketing and product merchandising, while maintaining consistent yield and profitable margins.

    A traditional agency veteran, Nick spent the first decade of his career at DDB, JWT, Ogilvy and Saatchi. He moved up the ranks in strategic marketing through management positions in public relations and shopper marketing firms before jumping 100% into ad-tech sales at Dotomi. When Dotomi was acquired by ValueClick and subsequently Epsilon, Nick was managing a group of accounts and was building a team of talent that had transformed from a few episodic campaigns to several multi-million dollar enterprise relationships.

    Debby Hannigan is a leader in the Detroit Advertising community with 25 years experience across building strategic solutions for automotive, CPG and Retail clients.  Debby is a Results-oriented Sales Professional, Energetic Self Starter with Consultative sales approach. Digital sales leader focusing on building client solutions across Video, mobile, addressable TV and Behavioral and Purchase based Targeting. Technology and Social media expertise. A veteran in Detroit with  sales experience across Michigan, Ohio, Chicago and the Midwest prior to Eyeview with brands AOL, Magnetic, TimeWarner.

    Debby specializes in building client focused solutions in Online Advertising, Behavioral Targeting specialist, Digital Strategy, Search Retargeting, Video and Mobile sales, Digital Marketing, Internet Marketing, Interactive Marketing, Display Advertising, Social Media, Social Gaming, Mobile strategy, Sales, Ad Networks and Integration of Ideas.

  • Jonathan Setty Managing Director, UK
    Jonathan Setty Managing Director, UK


    Jonathan Setty has recently been appointed UK MD at Eyeview.  Launching the London office in spring 2017, he will be bringing Eyeview’s rapid success within Retail, FMCG, Automotive and Travel, from the US, to brands and marketers across Europe.

    Jonathan’s data-driven approach to digital stems from fifteen years experience within e-commerce, including seven years at comScore.  Jonathan has also led sales teams within Mobile Marketing, Bid Management Software and Display Advertising.  He headed up Sales and Partnerships at Criteo from their UK market entry in 2010, right up to their IPO in 2013.  Most recently Director, Advertiser Sales EMEA at AppNexus and prior to that, Sociomantic UK’s Commercial Director, Jonathan believes the biggest opportunity for brands in today’s always-connected, multi-screen age, will be measuring outcomes through personalised, targeted video advertising.

  • Mick Suh VP of Sales - CPG
    Mick Suh VP of Sales - CPG

    Today, Mick Suh, VP of Sales, CPG, owns the P&G relationship for Eyeview Digital delivering outcome-based video marketing. Mick has spent the last 7 years bringing capabilities to his former colleagues. His last two successful startups, LISNR and Coupons.com, were both about bringing digital technology and disruptive innovation to the forefront for world class marketers. 

    Mick sharpened his CPG Marketing chops as a Marketing Director at Kellogg’s working on brands like Special K, Nutri-Grain, and Fiber Plus. Most of Mick’s marketing tenure and experience came from his time at P&G, predominantly spent on their largest global brand, Pampers. Mick served as the global Pampers Brand Manager and the P&G Walmart Shopper Marketing Manager.  Prior to Brand Management, Mick was a Consultant at Accenture upon his departure from the military.  Mick started his career commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Army Aviation, leading soldiers and focused on humanitarian efforts.

    Tom St. John SVP of Media

    Tom St. John is the Senior Vice President of Media at Eyeview. He has a a background in building a robust publisher pipeline and driving successful conversions leading to publisher sales and more platform partners. Tom demonstrates expertise driving teams across high growth, programmatic media, advertising exchange partnerships and complex RTB integrations and optimization. Tom has a proven track record developing and driving a strategic vision and key partnerships, with a keen focus on premium publishers and adding new sources of inventory from high-end publishers. Tom previously worked as a Director of Business Development and Publisher Development and has experience in product marketing. Tom comes to Eyeview from Criteo.

  • Shahar Cizer Kobrinsky VP ARCHITECTURE & SCALE
    Shahar Cizer Kobrinsky VP ARCHITECTURE & SCALE

    Shahar is Eyeview's VP of Architecture & Scale, managing the technology architecture and the overall system design. Shahar is an Eyeview veteran who led the Real-Time Bidding development from day one and scaled it to handle more than half a million auctions per second in less than 50 milliseconds. During his five years at Eyeview, Shahar roles included being a Senior Engineer, RTB Team Lead and an Architect. He is an Amazon Web Services expert and an engineering mentor.

    Prior to Eyeview, Shahar developed cloud frameworks at SAP as one of the first developers of SAP HANA and built infrastructure for SAP Carbon Impact. 

    Shahar holds a B.A in Computer Science from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya.

    Lior is Eyeview's VP of Engineering, leading multiple engineering teams focusing on developing of the company's true leading out-come based video marketing service.
    Lior is a big believer in building self-sustained diverse engineering teams, motivating innovation while taking full ownership and deep understanding of the business foreseen challenges.   
    Lior is a technology leader with 19 years of experience building and leading cross-functional teams, delivering scalable, high performance, high availability, cloud infrastructure products.

    Tal Riesenfeld is a serial entrepreneur and experienced business executive with a track record of growing and scaling quickly through retail channels.

    Tal is the Co-founder and Head of Sales for Sunbit. Prior to Sunbit, Tal was Co-founder and SVP Sales of Eyeview. As the original member of the sales team, Tal opened five offices in the US and rapidly grew the sales operation from ground zero to a team of 25 Sales Executives and Account Strategists.

    Ohad Finkelstein MANAGING PARTNER - MARKER LLC

    Ohad is a Co-Founding Partner of Marker. He has an extensive background in the finance, technology and telecom industries as well as in developing new companies, markets and products globally. Before Marker, Ohad was a partner at Venrock, where he oversaw international investing. Prior to that, Ohad served as Chairman and CEO of the Pan European Interoute Communications Group and has also held management positions at companies including VocalTec Communications and Packard Bell Electronics. In 2008, Ohad was named one of the 100 most influential people in telecom by Global Telecoms Business magazine.

    Rick is the Founding Partner of Marker. Before Marker, he was a Founding and Managing Partner of Crescent Point Group, a venture growth firm based in Singapore, where he lived for over 15 years. Rick’s first investment was leading the Series A Round of AirAsia, a truly disruptive company that went on to achieve extraordinary success by making airline travel available to everyone in Asia. Rick began his career working in the investment banking departments at Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse. He also serves on the Middlebury College Board of Trustees.

    Menashe Ezra MANAGING PARTNER - GEMINI ISRAEL VENTURES

    Menashe is a Managing Partner at Gemini Israel Funds and focuses on wireless communication, networking, and semiconductors. He has over 25 years of technological and business management experience in information technology, communications, and semiconductors and is a former Managing Partner of Israeli venture capital firm BRM Capital. Menashe also founded and served as CEO of WaveAccess (acquired by Lucent). He is a two-time recipient of the prestigious Israel National Security Award, which he received while heading an elite technological unit of the Intelligence Corps of the Israel Defense Forces.

    Erez Shachar MANAGING PARTNER - QUMRA CAPITAL

    Erez is a Managing Partner at Qumra Capital and focuses on software, internet and new media sectors. He has extensive hands-on operational as well as investment experience in Israeli high tech. He is also currently a General Partner at Evergreen Venture Partners. Erez started his career as a software engineer in Scitex, one of the first start-ups coming out of Israel, and the first Israeli technology company to go public in NASDAQ. He also led Nur Macroprinters as CEO through its rapid growth stages to global leadership in its field. Nur was publicly traded in NASDAQ and eventually acquired by HP.
