Challenge

A major travel brand that provides online airline and hotel bookings challenged Eyeview to impact online conversions through video advertising. The travel brand manages thousands of hotel destinations nationwide and needed a video solution that would increase bookings.

Solution

Eyeview executed a traveler-focused campaign strategy utilizing a proprietary decisioning algorithm for online conversion. Eyeview identified travel intenders and delivered personalized videos with timely, relevant offers based on a viewer's location, website activity and destinations of interest. Dynamic countdowns were used to created a sense of urgency and motivate viewers to book right away.

CONSUMER IDENTIFICATION

Travel intenders were identified through a robust pixel strategy on the travel brand’s website. Third-party behavioral data was also leveraged to create profiles of likely prospects.

1-TO-1 VIDEO MARKETING

Eyeview’s algorithm for online conversions was leveraged to programmatically reach over 1.4 million unique viewers with personalized videos consisting of custom imagery, messaging and voiceover.

RESULTS MEASUREMENT

Online conversion by audiences exposed to the campaign was over 2.7X higher compared to an unexposed control group driving over $6 return on every $1 spent on advertising.
